Windows
- Repair or rerun the MSI if the expected Start Menu/Desktop shortcut is missing, selecting the desired shortcut features.

Launch through /usr/local/bin/josim-pro-gui so the wrapper prepares the runtime library path. A missing or non-executable GUI binary message indicates a package/staging problem, not a netlist problem.
Use a dependency-resolving package-manager installation such as apt install, dnf install or yum install for the appropriate package. dpkg -i and rpm -i do not resolve dependencies automatically. Repair or reinstall the matching package if the wrapper cannot find its executable.
