JoSIM®-Pro
Professional simulation software for Josephson-junction and superconducting electronic circuits.
JoSIM®-Pro combines a SPICE-like netlist workflow with a desktop interface for editing, simulation, waveform inspection, schematic visualization, and result export. It supports interactive use, command-line automation, and Optimum workflows for advanced superconducting circuit design.
SPICE-like circuit simulation
Use familiar netlist-based modelling for superconducting and Josephson-junction circuits. JoSIM®-Pro supports phase and voltage analysis, configurable integration methods, deterministic seeds, and precision-controlled output.
Command-line automation
Use josim-pro-cli for scripted simulations, batch processing, reproducibility checks, and generating result files that can be reopened in the GUI.
Interactive GUI workflow
Open and edit circuit netlists, run simulations, inspect waveform results, manage traces, import CSV/TSV data, and export plots or schematics directly from the desktop interface.
Optimization with Optimum
Use optimum-cli with TOML configuration files for verify, margin, yield, and optimize workflows. Generated designs and result data can be inspected alongside standard JoSIM®-Pro workflows.

Built for superconducting circuit workflows
JoSIM®-Pro is designed for engineers and researchers working with superconducting electronic circuits and Josephson-junction-based designs. The workflow starts from SPICE-like netlists, then supports simulation setup, waveform analysis, result inspection, and export through a desktop GUI.
For interactive work, the GUI provides a practical environment for opening circuit files, editing netlists, running simulations, viewing simulation results, managing traces, importing CSV or TSV data, and exporting plots or schematics. This makes JoSIM®-Pro suitable for first-pass design exploration, result review, documentation, and handoff between technical users.
For automated workflows, josim-pro-cli supports command-line simulation, batch processing, repeatable runs, and generation of result files that can be reopened in the GUI. Optimum workflows are available through optimum-cli with TOML configuration files for verify, margin, yield, and optimize tasks.
