SUN Magnetics - original shunted Josephson-junction example
JoSIM-Pro GUI 2.9 | 31 October 2026

1. Use a matching JoSIM-Pro 2.9 installation and valid licence with the SUN Magnetics License Manager. Consult the 2.9 manual; screenshots do not announce public installer availability.
2. Open junction-sfq.cir in the GUI. Inspect Source and Schematic, then Run and review Results. The circuit requests current, voltage and phase. The transient step is 0.05 ps through 240 ps.
3. For the documented CLI route: josim-pro-cli -o new-results.csv junction-sfq.cir. Keep new output separate from the supplied native-results.csv reference.
4. The supplied CSV is the exact exported GUI run, with 4,801 samples and SI time/current/voltage units; junction phase is in radians. The CSV headers preserve the native export quoting.
5. Inspect three trigger pulses at 60, 120 and 180 ps. Bias is 70 uA; each trigger adds 80 uA to a junction with IC=100 uA and CAP=100 fF, area 1, and external shunt 5 ohms.
6. Each trigger produces a phase advance of one 2*pi turn. The integral of the junction voltage over each settled event is one flux quantum, consistent with V=(Phi0/(2*pi))*dphi/dt. Initial bias settling occurs before the first trigger; do not interpret that as an extra trigger event.
7. This specific case was compared against a halved JoSIM step and an independent classical RCSJ reference. Floating-point agreement is not a measured-device or foundry-accuracy claim. Generic original parameters; no customer, foundry or PDK data. No qubit-state or manufacturing-yield claim.

Files are original SUN Magnetics demonstration material, supplied for inspection and evaluation with the associated product. No licence credentials or machine-specific settings are included.
